We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Home Lending Specialist in Ocean Grove VIC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing pipelines of lending leads and nurturing them throughout their buying journey. This involves using credit analysis skills and a holistic understanding of customers' needs to make sound credit decisions.

Key responsibilities include building relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, having a high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations, and possessing a sound understanding of small business offerings and consumer lending experience.
