* Oversee subcontractor and supplier claims process in line with our subcontract and HCA Systems
* Coordinate contract finalisation tasks, including defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking
* Collaborate with the team to compile monthly reports and track project progress

Requirements:

* Proven experience in project-based contract and financial administration
* Strong understanding of construction software, including CHEOPS and Aconex
* Self-motivated individual with resilience to tackle obstacles
* Completed Construction Degree and 3-6 years commercial experience on site
