Home Care Companion

This role involves supporting elderly individuals in maintaining their independence and overall well-being. As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and companionship. You will also assist with household chores and engaging activities.
About the Role:- Support clients in various capacities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Provide personal care support, including transferring clients in and out of bed, chairs and other mobility assistance.
- Monitor clients' health and collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Assist with household chores, meal preparation and other light duties.
- Transport clients safely and comfortably.
- Work on a casual basis, with flexible shifts to suit your availability.
- Active and passive sleepovers may be required.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support and corresponding transcript.
- Current Australian National Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Award pay.
- Paid orientation and initial training.
- 24/7 access to support in the field.
