Job Title: Customer Experience Associate
About the RoleM.J. Bale is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to champion customer care and relations across the organization.
This role will collaborate with the National Operations Manager to develop and execute strategies that optimize business requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring customer needs are prioritized in decision-making processes
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Lead and guide the Customer Care team
- Work through customer complaints in collaboration with Retail Teams
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A customer-first attitude and strong empathy
- Ability to manage up efficiently and timely
- Customer-centric with a consistent commitment to high-quality customer service and going above and beyond
- Solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
