Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • To assess blue card applications in the best interest of children
  • Conduct risk assessments and draft clear, evidence-based recommendations
  • Liaise with applicants and stakeholders to gather and record critical information
  • Provide legal and procedural advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage case files efficiently and contribute to a high-performing team
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold values of equity, diversity, and inclusion

Requirements
  • Hold a university degree in law or related fields
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written communication, especially in drafting legal documents
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
