Senior Financial Advisor & Due Diligence Specialist

  • Collaborate with large organisations and companies on complex financial transactions
  • Identify key drivers of value and provide insightful advice on financial performance

You will also:

  • Lead due diligence engagements for business acquisitions or disposals
  • Analyse financial results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews
  • Project manage information flows and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Evaluate and prepare pro forma financial information
  • Identify issues impacting purchase price and deal structuring

A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field is required. Chartered Accountant membership or international equivalent is also necessary. Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and teamwork are essential for this role.
