Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high level support to end users, ensuring timely and professional resolution of application-related issues.
  2. Manage and triage incoming support tickets, aiming for first-contact resolution while escalating complex issues when needed.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  4. Maintain accurate records of support requests, system changes, and resolutions within internal ticketing systems.
