Job Description

A Managerial Role with a Fashion Twist

As a Cluster Manager, you will lead our team at the Myer and David Jones concession store in Parramatta, showcasing your expertise in customer service, sales skills, and visual merchandising.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, styling, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and loyalty
  • Driving sales growth through effective sales strategies
  • Developing and maintaining visually appealing store displays
  • Managing stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Recruiting and developing high-performing team members
  • Scheduling staff to ensure optimal coverage
  • Providing regular performance reports to stakeholders

This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights, offering a great work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail
  • Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base
  • Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers
  • An abundance of energy, positivity, and ability to motivate others
  • A huge passion for fashion
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including previous experience managing a high-performing team
  • Love for our brand and pride in being our key brand ambassador
