The Role

This role involves working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs), deliver exceptional customer service, and coach team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate your team to achieve excellent results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
  • Monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
  • Ensure efficient occupational health and safety management and adhere to state and national legislation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
  • A motivated and driven attitude.
  • Passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
