Commercial Property Lawyer Position

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled lawyer to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters. As an Associate, you will be working closely with highly respected partners who will provide guidance and mentorship.

You will be responsible for handling hands-on tasks, including direct client contact and various real estate transactions. This role offers excellent opportunities for technical growth and career development.

  • Acquisitions & disposals of assets, companies and trusts (contract drafting, negotiation, due diligence)
  • Development & construction issues (planning, zoning, permits, land use, titling & subdivision)
  • Property finance (mortgages, refinancing, security packages)
  • Project Delivery & Development Management Agreements
  • Syndications & joint ventures, transaction structuring and risk allocation
  • Commercial contracts supporting real estate projects and operations

Clients include national developers, corporates, private capital, funds, government and NFPs across office, retail, industrial, mixed-use and build-to-rent.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–4 years' experience in commercial real estate/property law
  • Solid drafting and negotiation skills; strong academics
  • Exposure to acquisitions/disposals, DD, finance and development work
  • Commercial acumen with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team-focused mindset; able to work autonomously when required
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities: As a Commercial Property Lawyer, your duties will include: Acquisitions & disposals of assets, companies and trusts, Development & construction issues, Property finance, Project Delivery & Development Management Agreements, Syndications & joint ventures, and Commercial contracts.
