Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Registered Nurse to join our team in the Far North Coast region. As a key player in our community care services, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based in-home nursing care to older adults, including wound and catheter care and insertion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care to Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
  • Work remotely throughout the community, ensuring efficient daily workload planning and travel.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration, who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a community care setting. You will have a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current and unrestricted Australian driver's license and ability to travel using own vehicle.
  • Current vehicle registration including compulsory third-party personal injury insurance.
  • Vaccine certification in accordance with legislative requirements.
