Job Title: Grain and Oilseeds Operations LeaderKey Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational finance of grain and oilseed business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead a team to ensure timely and accurate financial data is provided for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with FP&A to develop and implement strategies for improvement in financial performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in finance, preferably in a commodities environment.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including variance analysis, GL posting, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with ability to analyze large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Membership of Professional accounting organization (e.g. CPA or ICAA).
  • Understanding of the grain industry.
