Job Title: Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to provide personal care and social support to clients in their homes. This rewarding role involves building meaningful connections with clients, supporting their independence, and facilitating their participation in activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients as required.
  • Support clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities of interest.
  • Travel to client homes to provide services and build rapport.

Requirements:
