
Front Office Administrator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
This role requires someone who is proactive, friendly, and able to relate well to people from diverse backgrounds. You will need to possess strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, and be available to cover shifts on short notice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and directing visitors, phone calls, and emails
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining databases
- Assisting with staff schedules and training programs
- Ensuring the efficient operation of the front office area
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
**Key Responsibilities**
