Workplace Safety Lead

The objective of the Workplace Safety Lead is to provide expert guidance and support in maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in developing comprehensive workplace safety plans.
  • Deliver training and counsel team members and external stakeholders on workplace safety best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews and risk assessments.
  • Manage and foster relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Investigate and document workplace incidents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert IV in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • 1+ years experience in HSE commercial construction - Units preferred, open to New build commercial.
  • Strong understanding of latest occupational health and safety legislation.
