We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator to support our Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives across the business.

The Role
  • Assist with incident management, safety system administration, injury coordination, and employee wellbeing programs

This role is perfect for someone seeking meaningful, hands-on experience in a flexible and supportive environment, while maintaining time for other commitments.

We're looking for a highly organised, values-driven, and passionate individual who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset. Whether it's updating documentation, supporting Return to Work plans, or promoting wellbeing initiatives, you take pride in doing things thoroughly and with care.

As a coordinator, your day will consist of:

  • Supporting incident and hazard reporting using our safety system
  • Assisting with incident investigations and WHS dashboard reporting
  • Coordinating injury management activities and Return to Work planning
  • Liaising with medical professionals as needed
  • Maintaining WHS documentation, registers, and compliance records
  • Promoting and supporting employee wellbeing programs (e.g. Sonder)
  • Assisting with safety communications, training, and engagement activities

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of WHS legislation
  • Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • A genuine interest in workplace safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement

Bonus points for: Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety, experience working with medical professionals, previous experience in a WHS or injury management support role.
