Service Design Lead Job

This role involves leading a team to design end-to-end member and non-member experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional service design efforts, ensuring seamless integration and future-readiness.
  • Identify and prioritise experience opportunities using systems thinking and design frameworks.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate service experiences into deliverable features.
  • Develop capabilities within the team through feedback and coaching.
  • Drive research and insights synthesis to understand member behaviours.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Requirements
  • Educational background in human-centred disciplines such as UX design or Service design.
  • Proven customer experience and behaviour research expertise.
  • Customer research and analytics expertise.
  • Leadership in stakeholder engagement and experience leading design teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and human-centred design processes.
