  • Venue Atmosphere Aficionado:
    • Design an atmosphere that exudes warmth, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
    • Train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, making every guest feel valued.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of various beverages and cocktails is beneficial.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • RSA certification is mandatory.
