About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Solutions Manager to join our team at Linde. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to scheduling and distribution teams, driving best practices across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead productivity and digitalization initiatives to generate value and optimize transport solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and implement transport safety initiatives
  • Source innovative and best suitable transport solutions and services, establishing and managing relationships with major distribution suppliers
  • Provide leadership, operational, financial, and project governance expertise for logistics-related initiatives

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
  • More than 5 years of experience in a dynamic environment leading Transportation Operations and/or Optimization
  • Hands-on experience in Contract and Project Management
  • Process-driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes, and develop diverse high-performance teams
