As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts.

The Role
  • Overall Brand Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance our local and international presence.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Sponsorships & Partnerships
    • Oversee sponsorship and partnership agreements, ensuring timely delivery of agreed-upon terms.
    • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, ambassadors, and influencers.
  • Wholesale Marketing
    • Identify opportunities for marketing expansion, collaborating closely with the Sales team.
    • Work with the marketing manager to develop and execute plans supporting these opportunities.
  • Promotions & Campaigns
    • Assist the wider marketing team in executing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
    • Liaise with suppliers to design and create campaign materials that meet our brand standards.
    • Coordinate the distribution of beer samples as required.
  • Events Marketing
    • Regularly review event performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Represent us at key festivals and events, promoting our brand and products.
  • Venue Marketing
    • Assist in designing and producing promotional materials for our venues.
    • Collaborate with venue teams on the strategic delivery of key functions at the venue.
  • Design and develop new merchandise lines in collaboration with the marketing manager or brand manager.
  • Source and order merchandise from suppliers, managing inventory levels.
  • Review stock levels regularly, ensuring timely reordering of merchandise and branded items.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the marketing manager.
