Job description

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Sales Admin & Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing team atJellis Craig Geelong.

This full-time role plays a vital part in driving agent visibility, campaign success, and brand consistency across all platforms. You'll manage end-to-end marketing for property listings, coordinate office and agent promotion, oversee sponsorships, and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing print and digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand awareness
  • Running our social media and email marketing platforms
  • Overseeing marketing compliance and supplier coordination
  • Supporting agent onboarding and promotional materials
  • Building and managing local sponsorship relationships
  • Providing performance insights and marketing reporting to leadership

We're looking for someone who:

  • Hasat least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate
  • Holds aCertificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Is proficient in design platforms, social media scheduling tools, and has experience with Real Estate CRMs (Box & Dice)
  • Brings strong attention to detail, initiative, and time management
  • Has a genuine passion for branding, community engagement, and sponsorship partnerships

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Equivalent
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
  • Police Check
