Behaviour Support Lead

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will guide and coach Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver high-quality support services. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing behaviour support plans, mentoring your team, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring best practice.
Key Qualifications:- Advanced NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring, supervising, and supporting others.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as psychology or social work.
- Strong passion for working with people with disability.
- Ability to provide in-home and community-based services.
- Full driver's licence and reliable transport.
- A caseload that allows for autonomy and independence in delivering services.
