The Job Coach plays a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to achieve sustainable employment.
This position involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and developing personalized strategies to enhance their employability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement;
- Developing tailored plans to address skill gaps and provide support throughout the job search process;
- Building relationships with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices and facilitate job placements;
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless client support and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coaching or mentoring individuals with disabilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills;
