This is a job opportunity for a skilled procurement professional to join our team in Sydney.

Job Description
  • To provide comprehensive procurement support for multiple projects from initial tender and bid phase to project execution.
  • Handle, control, and monitor all procurement activities in each project.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in project meetings as a core team member to influence internal workflows and processes.
  2. Provide procurement market and preferred supplier information at an early stage to optimize supplier selection.
  3. Analyze customer inquiries during bid preparation phases and understand customer needs.
  4. Support project calculation with reliable material cost data.
  5. Analyze scope of supply and contract agreements, carry out risk analyses, and introduce negotiation recommendations.
  6. Drive procurement strategies across key commodities and ensure their implementation.
  7. Negotiate framework agreements with suppliers to reduce risk and optimize costs.
  8. Deliver on KPIs related to Purchase Price Change.
Requirements
  • Mid-Senior level experience managing procurement for multiple projects.
  • Prior experience working within the Construction or Building Automation space is highly regarded.
