Customer Service Representative

atWork Australia delivers employment services across Australia, helping employers find the right candidates and placing thousands of Australians into meaningful work.

This role would suit someone with an employment background or experience in customer service looking to enter the field.

your key responsibilities will include:

  • answering calls and assisting clients to reduce phone traffic to sites
  • encouraging and motivating clients to find employment through suitable activities
  • contacting clients from various caseloads to see if they have found employment and providing assistance as needed
  • undertaking centralised administrative tasks, including outbound calls and engagement with local team members

You will provide advocacy and information about our services, connecting clients and the wider community. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can deliver a friendly, engaging experience during all interactions.

The ideal candidate will have:
