Instrumentation Support Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to provide top-notch support services for our customers. The role will involve on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance of XRF, XRD and SPE instruments across Australasia. Travel is expected to be extensive, with regular visits to mine sites, interstate locations and occasionally overseas. The successful candidate will be responsible for both routine servicing and urgent equipment repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, commissioning, calibration and preventative maintenance of XRF, XRD and SPE instruments.
  • Significant travel to mine sites, interstate locations and occasionally overseas.
  • Responsibility for both scheduled servicing and urgent breakdown support.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in instrumentation and customer service.
  • Proven experience in installing, commissioning and maintaining complex equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of physical fitness, as the role involves significant travel and potentially strenuous working conditions.
