Network Assurance and Compliance Lead

This role involves leading a team of Quality Assurance Engineers to establish and maintain the highest quality standards for data center network deployments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, data center technology, and network pathway infrastructure systems. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse team of Quality Assurance Engineers and Data Center Auditors
  • Establish comprehensive quality control systems and oversee inspection mechanisms and performance measurements
  • Partner with network design teams and vendors to develop and enforce installation standards
  • Manage end-to-end quality metrics, risk management, and preventative measures
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven process optimization
  • Conduct regular site audits and develop remediation strategies

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of management/team lead function experience
  • 3+ years in a data center technology role or experience with network pathway infrastructure systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams with excellent communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
