About the Job
  • We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive Pega experience to lead our PEGA CLSA team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to architecture guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions, focusing on business process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior solution architects to ensure alignment with company architecture and security standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success and meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of Pega experience, including 2-3 years as a Lead System Architect (LSA).
  • Strong expertise in conducting business workshops, developing BRDs, and designing best authentication strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
