About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our care team. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize resident needs and goals.
  • Support the development of new graduates and oversee clinical placements for registered nurses from overseas.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in aged care with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • At least 3 years of post-basic or postgraduate experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Evidence of ongoing education and professional development in areas such as elder care, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and residents.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask, maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, and possess excellent communication skills. They should also have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, and solution-focused problem-solving skills.
