About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Capgemini. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and manage Office/Microsoft 365 environments
  • Deploy and manage Azure AD environments
  • Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 services, including Enterprise and Mobility Architect Office/Microsoft 365 service environments
  • Maintain on-premise and Azure Active Directory environments, including group policies
  • Assist in maintaining and deploying other client applications and environments
  • Lead initiatives for researching and deploying new applications
  • Coordinate various IT staff and operations
  • Assist in managing support services and related deliverables
  • Work with end-users and vendors to support applications and environments
  • Work with client stakeholders on strategy and vision
  • Support client initiatives remotely and on-premise
About the Team

Our Cloud Infrastructure Services practice brings together the right technology, processes, and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud-focused delivery services in areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Manage Active Directory for user and group management
  • Office 365 administration (Teams, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Compliance, Security, Intune for Education)
  • Expertise in managing Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD Connect, Azure AD, and Azure IAM
  • In-depth understanding of the security and information access challenges around Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and other cloud services in a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam or similar
  • Utilize automation tools: Manage Engine Patch Manager, ADManager
  • Provide helpdesk support using Service Desk Application
  • Manage Windows Endpoint using Intune, including app management and customization, and collaborate with Mac Admin to support Apple devices
  • Utilize Malwarebytes and Crowdstrike for endpoint protection, implement network security policies, identify threats, and develop defense strategies, and regularly upgrade security agents
  • A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
