We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Allura Partners. As a key member of our technical team, you will be instrumental in delivering high-impact projects involving cloud and infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Wintel server and storage solutions following industry best practices.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues across a broad spectrum of technologies.
- Design, implement, and support solutions across multiple public cloud platforms, including Office 365, Azure, or AWS.
- Collaborate with experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to deliver top-tier technical solutions.
- Stay current with emerging infrastructure, network, and cloud technologies through partner events, webinars, and ongoing training.
- Monitor and stay updated on new developments in Azure and Microsoft Office 365.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a talented senior engineer with a blend of the following experience and skills.
- Proven experience with large Hyper-V environments or clusters.
- Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, Infrastructure Virtualization, Office 365, and scripting (VB/Powershell).
- Experience in network switching, routing, and security is advantageous.
- Expertise in managing Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD Connect, Azure AD, and Azure IAM.
- Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam or similar.
- Knowledge of security and policy management.
- Experience with Office 365 Intune MDM, Autopilot deployments, and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on complex diagnostics.
- Experience with Connect Wise, Automate (Lab Tech), Solarwinds Orion, or similar ticketing systems.
- Background in managed services, outsourcing, or professional services environments.
