Lead Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are a leading provider of support services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), serving over 10,000 participants annually. Our multi-disciplinary team approach ensures tailored care and support for each individual and their family.

We seek an experienced speech pathologist to lead our team and shape the next generation of clinicians. As a seasoned allied health professional, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community.

This role requires exceptional clinical skills, passion for leadership, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance the lives of NDIS participants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and providing timely therapeutic services
  • Delivering speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting graduate and early career speech pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development
  • Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation and ensuring compliance
