Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Specialist to manage the execution and optimization of our AU and NZ websites, ensuring seamless campaign and promotion launches. The successful candidate will have expertise in web merchandising and content tools, as well as experience in adapting global guidelines to fit local assortment and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute promotions and campaigns through expert use of web merchandising and content tools
  • Adapt global guidelines to fit local assortment and campaigns on e-store
  • Conduct UAT and support the launch of new digital features and enhancements
  • Develop commercial insights to boost conversion, basket, and sales with Trade Senior manager
  • Optimize site performance by optimizing onsite search, sorting rules, and product recommendations
  • Support Trade Senior Manager in revenue forecasting, identifying potential gaps in performance
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying opportunities and risks
  • Identify underperforming categories or SKUs and recommend actions to improve sell-through and margin contribution
  • Evaluate consumer and website behavior to find related and unrelated patterns and propose tests to increase conversion
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Commercially minded with good understanding of P&L and margin
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Troubleshooting and solutions driven
  • Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principles
  • Comfortable challenging opinions using data to support
