We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Baseline Onsite Wembley Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical assessments and care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Medical Assessments: Conduct pre-employment medical assessments, including audiometry, spirometry, visual acuity, drug and alcohol screening, and immunizations.
- Clinic Management: Maintain the day-to-day running of the Baseline Onsite Wembley Treatment Room/Clinical Examination Rooms.
- Medical Stock Management: Ensure the clinic has adequate medical stock and supplies.
- Emergency Response: Screen and triage calls received on the emergency phone line for doctors during business hours.
- Clinical Governance: Participate in the Baseline Onsite Clinical Governance Committee and assist with clinical governance administration duties.
- Medical Records: Maintain accurate and confidential medical clinical records.
- Medication Management: Dispense, manage, and dispose of medications in accordance with licensing conditions and company requirements.
- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree of Nursing (or higher) and valid Advanced Life Support certification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in occupational health nursing or a similar role.
- Certifications: National Immunisation Program Certificate, HLTPAT005 Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Certificate, and current National Police Clearance.
- Skills: High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office, excellent presentation and communication skills, and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
