Exceptional Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs that promote children's learning and development. As a Senior Educator, you will lead a team of educators to achieve better outcomes for children.
Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical and cognitive development in young children.
Provide guidance and support to your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality educational programs.
In this role, you will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. You will also be responsible for leading your own room and contributing to the overall success of the centre.
Your Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
