Petbarn, a leading pet specialty retailer, is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team in Busselton. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a welcoming experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including locating products and processing transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor tidy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure the store looks its best.

Requirements:

  • A strong customer service focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude and a passion for working with pets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Composure under stress and pressure, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
  • At least 2 years experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a pet-related industry.
