Lead Educational Program in Early Childhood

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will inspire and guide a team of educators, champion high-quality practices, and nurture a collaborative and inclusive culture.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and mentoring educators to deliver inspiring, child-led programs.
  • They will lead reflective practice across the team to encourage growth and innovation, and use Storypark effectively to document children's learning in a meaningful and professional way.
  • Collaboration with the team is key to maintaining consistent, high-quality practices throughout the centre.
  • The educational leader will establish, nurture and foster strong and inclusive relationships with children to support their development and wellbeing, and partner with families to promote open, honest communication and shared goals.
  • They will guide the team to meet National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements and deliver best-practice outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality educational programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid, PR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Valid Working with Children Check
