Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Central applications to ensure seamless business process and technical management of HR/Payroll systems.
  • Oversee daily management and administration of time & attendance systems, ensuring accurate and timely data processing.
  • Perform configuration, testing, and solution migration to productive environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage problem management processes and provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure changes are properly documented, communicated, audited, and deployed, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the UKG Pro implementation and provide ongoing support, driving business process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR/Payroll business operations or system support roles, with a strong understanding of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and UKG Workforce Central products.
  • Preferable UKG Academy/University course completion and certification, demonstrating expertise in HR/Payroll system administration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret, formalise, and communicate requirements as a business analyst or functional consultant.
  • Project management skills and experience with vendor technical management, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
