Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement staff development programs to enhance clinical skills across the Emergency Department.
  • Provide clinical leadership, ensuring adherence to professional and clinical standards.
  • Contribute to the advancement of nursing education, supporting departmental management activities.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence in the ED.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A Registered Nurse Level 2 qualification is required.
  • Meeting pre-employment requirements, including National Police Check and Occupational Assessment.
  • Desirable experience in emergency nursing education or clinical development is preferred.
