Strategic Creative Leadership Role

As a creative visionary, you will spearhead the agency's strategic and creative direction, elevating our product and guiding the team to deliver bold, effective work. You will be responsible for defining creative direction, ensuring consistency and originality across all outputs, and fostering a high-performing creative culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing conceptual thinking behind creative work, from platform-first ideas to larger integrated campaigns.
  • Overseeing and shaping creative direction across all clients, ensuring originality, consistency and best-in-class execution.
  • Collaborating with editorial and social media teams to align creative concepts with brand voice, platform nuances and audience insight.
  • Leading and facilitating brainstorming sessions and workshops that foster bold thinking and breakthrough ideas.
  • Ensuring creative ideas and content strategies ladder up to broader business goals and brand narratives.
  • Guiding the development of visual identity and storytelling frameworks across clients.
  • Challenging the team to push boundaries of what social-first creativity can look like.
  • Mentoring and inspiring the team to grow in their craft and confidence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of proven social and digital experience as a creative director.
  • Strong conceptual skills with a flair for creativity and an appetite to push boundaries and explore fresh perspectives.
  • Creative at the core with an eye for design, taking pride in creating high-quality work that sells.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard tools.
  • Operational excellence, with attention to detail and quality control of own work.
  • A solutions-focused attitude, making work enjoyable and collaborative.
