Job Overview:

The role of Implementation Director involves overseeing the delivery of projects across a team of specialists. You will be responsible for ensuring client demands are met, workloads are balanced, and effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders is maintained.

  • Develop and implement media strategies
  • Advise clients on optimal media channels and best practices
  • Integrate client communications plans into media
  • Manage client expectations and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Lead and develop a team of specialists in biddable media channels

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They will also be comfortable presenting to multiple stakeholders and possessing a passion for the industry.
