Inventory Operations Specialist

As an Inventory Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full back-of-house operation, including stock receipting, transfers, and returns. You will manage inventory levels, documentation, and system accuracy, ensuring that the sales floor is always supported with the right stock at the right time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory, warehousing, or stock administration, with a natural eye for detail and accuracy. They will also possess confidence in systems and back-end operations, as well as a calm and clear leadership style.

This role offers a rare weekday-only roster in a fast-paced store environment, with access to professional development and leadership training. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating stock receipting, transfers, and returns
  • Managing inventory levels, documentation, and system accuracy
  • Keeeping the stockroom functional, safe, and organized
  • SUPPORTING shrinkage prevention and compliance processes
  • Leading and coaching a small team
  • Collaborating with store leaders to keep everything moving smoothly
