NBL Statistician

**Accurate Game Recording Opportunity**

We are seeking a diligent professional to accurately record all actions of both teams during every game, as well as facilitate communications between the Replay Centre and Technical Officials in the venue.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the game, be quick and accurate in their reporting & communications, and have impeccable rapport building skills to ensure efficiency during each game.

• They will be responsible for capturing and recording all statistics during live play of NBL games using software programs provided.
• Facilitating communications with Technical Officials in venue with regards to Coach's Challenges and Referee Reviews.
• Ensuring the accuracy and validity of all match statistics within the designated timeframe post-game.
• Assisting in the development of procedures to ensure the smooth implementation of statistical information with current roles of Technical Officials.
• Collaborating with Replay Centre and Broadcast staff to ensure consistent and accurate information gathering.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 seasons performing statistics at NBL level.
• Experience with recording accurate statistics using FIBA Live Stats software.
• A proven track record calling a game with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• A people person who thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments.
• The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
