Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Customer Service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding daily operations, supporting valued customers and account managers, and driving continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Customer Service team to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates.
  • Support Account Managers and inbound customers with quotes, documentation, and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient documentation processing.
  • Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal departments for effective solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
About You:
  • You have proven experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or print industry.
  • You possess strong leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams and driving performance.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build productive relationships across teams.
  • You have impeccable phone manners and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Australian working rights are required.
