We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take charge of daily operations, drive sales, and inspire their team to excel. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful store.
- Develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Manage stock effectively, minimizing losses, and work collaboratively with your team on customer service and visual merchandising.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead the store when the Store Manager is absent.
