Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Architect to lead the integration strategy for a major enterprise initiative. The successful candidate will have deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.

This role requires defining the enterprise integration architecture, establishing standards and best practices, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for integration, designing scalable, secure, and high-performance integration frameworks, providing technical leadership and governance across multiple integration projects, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to align integration strategy with organisational goals, ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, overseeing solution design, performance optimisation, and risk mitigation, and developing and maintaining architectural documentation and roadmaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise integration and architecture roles
  • Extensive experience with middleware platforms, API management, and cloud technologies
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, data flow, and system interoperability
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale integration initiatives and manage technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in integration contexts
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in both agile and waterfall delivery environments
