The Role:

We are looking for a motivated Quality and HSE specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of our compliance program while also leading the businesses Quality and HSE related tasks, reporting to and deputising for the Group QHSE Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of internal audit program and hosting 3rd party certification and accreditation bodies.
  • Maintaining & updating procedures.
  • Investigation of improvement notices, NCRs & incidents if they occur.
  • Champion improvement activities.
  • Training & educating employees on compliance, quality and HSE related topics.
  • Compilation and submission of MDRs, and other client specified documentation.
  • Maintaining material traceability.
  • Contribute and Lead customer related meetings (eg Project HAZID's, customer Quality or HSE audits etc.).
  • In progress and final inspection of product being supplied.
  • Company representative for NATA accreditation, hose testing and visual inspection.

You will be required to possess excellent leadership skills, with experience managing people, and be able to prioritize and deliver on commitments. You should also have sound computer skills and MS Office programs. The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of quality management systems and regulations.
  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing, fabrication or industrial environment.
  • Sound and self-sufficient in computer skills and MS Office programs.
  • A willingness to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • A police check from within the last 12 months.

We offer a competitive salary package including an estimated $90,000 - $110,000 per annum base salary, depending on your level of experience.
