We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Philanthropy Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-led donor acquisition, retention, and engagement within our Fundraising department.
You will lead a team dedicated to maximising donor engagement and lifetime value, ensuring a sustainable and scalable approach to fundraising.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our database and increase revenue from individual and community donors.
- Lead multi-channel giving appeals, including mail, digital, telemarketing, and SMS.
- Analyse key metrics and create communication plans to engage donors.
Our 12,000+ volunteers work on the frontlines, providing essential services to the most vulnerable in our community. We offer dignity, hope, and a pathway for individuals to regain control of their lives.
