Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of construction projects, including commissioning, testing, and project close-out for electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, safety protocols, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct design reviews, safety walks, and site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
- Provide technical input into contract documentation, specifications, and performance management.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners, including contractors, suppliers, regulators, and consultants.
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical infrastructure projects, including commissioning and quality assurance.
- Strong working knowledge of construction safety and environmental standards.
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with tools such as iAuditor and project management systems.
