We are seeking a skilled Switchboard Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in delivering CAD designs and drafting for distribution boards, MCCs, control panels, and other electrical infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering or Switchboard Design, with at least 3 years of experience in switchboard design/assembly and 1 year in project engineering. They will possess excellent CAD design skills and be familiar with relevant standards and specifications.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our engineering and operations teams to improve design efficiency and processes, and will be passionate about innovation and quality. They will also participate in inspections, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently, and has excellent communication skills. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for electrical engineering and switchboard design, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver CAD designs and drafting for electrical infrastructure
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve design efficiency and processes

Requirements:

  • Degree or trade qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Switchboard Design (bachelor's preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in switchboard design/assembly + 1 year in project engineering
  • Strong CAD design skills and familiarity with relevant standards and specifications
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for innovation and quality
